Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

My Aunt loved the flowers and said that they were so colorful and smelled so nice, and would enjoy them for days. Her visitors also noted how nice they were. Ii did not see the floral arrangement, but my Aunt told me it was beautiful, smelled good and the delivery person brought it in and set it on her tv so that she could could enjoy it. The flowers that were sent were beautiful so said my brother. With the only exception that he doesn’t like the type of flowers that were sent and I had requested to not be in the arraignment.

I ordered "Designer's Choice" arrangement for my sister's birthday. I requested that the color blue be incorporated in some way, if possible. I'm not sure that this request was attempted due to absence of any blue and no note of inability to attend to this detail. For the price of an arrangement, would have been nice. The flowers were delivered in a timely manner. I ordered in the evening, delivered before 12 PM the next day. No complaint there.
